I have truly enjoyed going to studio. It's been a new workout for me but it has really helped me slow down and listen to my body and stretch. Kim does a great job and instructing and she takes her time. She is very kind and gracious and truly cares for every single person that comes into her studio. It is by far the best experience and I would recommend it over and over .
